Villa Emilia offers a serene and relaxing holiday in the heart of the countryside while still being close to the town. This large Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and spans two floors, connected by a wooden staircase. The ground floor features a living area with a fireplace, satellite TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool. The first floor also includes a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with twin bunk beds and one with a double bed. The second floor hosts three additional bedrooms: a double room, a twin room that can be converted into a double bed, and another double room with a balcony, along with the large, second bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
Villa Emilia’s prime location makes it an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria, such as Assisi, Montepulciano, and Siena, all easily reachable by car. This independent villa also features a large private garden that includes a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. With a bocce court, foosball table, and barbecue, Villa Emilia is the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends who want to unwind, relax, and play after a day of exploring the treasures of Tuscany.
Please note: Cortona is an ancient, walled hill town with many stairs, steep streets, and limited driving/parking with no elevators or handicap accommodations. Please be advised of this if you have mobility issues of any sort.
