Perfectly positioned for exploring Tuscany and Umbria, the villa features a sunlit swimming pool with Roman steps, deckchairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. A pergola-shaded barbecue area, a charming porch off the main kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven create multiple inviting spaces for al fresco dining. Families will appreciate the playground with swings, bikes, and a slide, as well as a shaded bocce court for all ages.
Built from local stone, Villa Geno embodies traditional Tuscan character with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and spacious rooms across two levels. On the ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen opens directly to the garden, while a generous living room with a stone fireplace and comfortable seating offers an inviting place to unwind. This level also includes a twin bedroom (convertible into a double) with garden access and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, a wide hallway leads to three additional bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a large double room ideal for families, and a flexible bedroom that can be arranged as a double or twin. These last two rooms share a spacious bathroom.
