Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 2 years from the purchase date to travel.
Packages cannot be resold to a third party.
Reservations are based on availability and travel is valid between May 1st and September 30th.
In the rare event that an accommodation is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control, force majeure, property damage and/or change of ownership, Sojourn Ventures reserves the right to provide an accommodation and experience of equal value and quality.
May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the buyer. If a deposit is not required, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred to the property.
Air and ground transportation are not included unless where specified.
