Travel must be completed within two years from the date of purchase.
Packages cannot be resold to a third party.
Reservations are based on availability.
Reservations must be booked with a minimum of 60 days in advance.
In the rare event that an accommodation is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control, force majeure, property damage and/or change of ownership, Sojourn Ventures reserves the right to provide an accommodation and experience of equal value and quality.
May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the buyer. If a deposit is not required, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred to the property.
Air and ground transportation are not included unless where specified.
