Villa Pietro
Villa Pietro embodies a captivating fusion of classic Tuscan elegance and contemporary flair within its interiors. Each meticulously designed room boasts high-quality furnishings and attention to detail, exuding a refined ambiance enriched by fine finishes. Reflecting the cosmopolitan influences of its well-traveled owners, who seamlessly blend Eastern and Western cultures, the villa offers a truly unique retreat.
Expansive and airy, spanning just over 2500 sq ft, the villa unfolds across two levels interconnected by an internal staircase, with an additional level housing the final bedroom. Its luminous spaces feature clean, essential lines underscored by traditional elements such as exposed wooden beams and original clay and marble flooring.
The ground floor encompasses the entire living area, comprising a spacious lounge area with plush sofas and an authentic 16th-century fireplace, seamlessly flowing into a dining room and onward to the well-appointed kitchen—a culinary haven equipped for both functionality and convenience. French doors adorn the ground floor, framing picturesque garden vistas and the surrounding countryside. Completing this level is a guest powder room and a laundry facility.
Ascending the stairs leads to the first floor, dedicated to the sleeping quarters, offering three double bedrooms, each accompanied with a private ensuite bathroom (two with showers, one with a bathtub). The final bedroom occupies the top level, boasting its private facilities. Characterized by individual charm and flooded with natural light, every room affords delightful countryside views.
Villa Pietro provides complimentary Wi-Fi and inclusive air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. Upon request, amenities such as high chairs and cots are available, while mosquito nets adorn all windows for added comfort.
