Villa Vita is located just 1 km from the center of the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, offering stunning views of Val di Chiana. Surrounded by orchards and fields, this rustic villa is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature while enjoying modern comforts.
Villa Vita was carefully restored by the owner and consists of a two-floor main building and two single-floor annexes. The main building’s first floor houses a charming living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and scullery. Through the diving room, you can access Villa Vita’s beautiful outdoor space where the Terrance with a panoramic view has been set up for al fresco dining. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower. Up the wooden staircase, the second floor of the main building includes 3 spacious double bedrooms with large windows that perfectly frame the garden below and the valley and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
The first of the two annexes, previously a wine cellar, features terracotta ceilings and floor, a second fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a comfortable sofa, and a bathroom. The first annex offers a perfect space separate from the main villa for early risers or night owls to enjoy without having to disturb other guests at the villa.
The second annex has a double room, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, and a living-dining area. This separate space offers a bit of separation from the main building while maintaining proximity, allowing guests to enjoy privacy without limiting the ability to enjoy the company of a larger group.
The property’s exterior includes a large garden, a sun-exposed pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and scenic walking trails. The pool is engulfed within the lush garden, providing privacy without sacrificing the stunning landscape of the Tuscan countryside. Villa Vita is the perfect place for large groups traveling together who value privacy but want to maintain proximity to Cortona.
