Your donors have generously supported your cause: in turn, we are committed to sharing our passion for these two locales by providing them with insider know-how and curated travel experiences that will create lifelong memories.


Working with Us

1. Select Your Sojourn Ventures Package

Explore our packages to select the best fit for your event. Many organizations choose to offer packages from both Italy and Bali, which is proven to boost revenue. Our team of experts is available to help you make the best selection for your donor base.

Additional Package Information:

  • All Sojourn Ventures trips provide a generous 2-year expiration from the purchase date.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • If the accommodation your donor has purchased does not have availability during the period they desire, we offer alternative accommodations that are nearby and equal in value to the original package purchased by the donor.

  • Donors have the option of upgrading to a larger home for an additional fee, should they decide to travel with a larger group. This can be arranged with Sojourn Ventures post-event at the time of their booking.

2. Offer Our Consignment Packages at Your Event

Risk-free: All of our packages are offered on a consignment basis, meaning every dollar raised above the non-profit cost goes directly to your organization.

Unlimited Sales Potential: You may sell each trip multiple times at one event

High Revenue Generators: Our packages typically sell for 2-4 times more than the non-profit cost. We strongly recommend you start the bidding at a minimum of $500.00 above the non-profit cost.

If our non-profit cost is not met at your event, you are under no financial obligation to Sojourn Ventures.

3. Finalize Winning Bidder Details

Please email us within 48 hours of the event at travel@sojourn-ventures.com, providing the contact information for the winning bidders, including the following:

  • Your Organization Name

  • Names of winning bidder(s)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Name of properties or packages won

4. Let Us Handle the Rest

Upon receipt of payment post-event, Sojourn Ventures will issue a detailed electronic welcome to your donors with all the necessary information to start planning their adventure. Our specialists work with each donor individually to curate the details of their trip and provide them with concierge services. This includes organizing ground transportation, tours, dining, activities, and other cultural experiences to personalize their trip.

Sojourn Ventures offers curated experiences inspired by our passion for the locales we represent.

From the moment your donors purchase their trip, Sojourn Ventures takes care of their travel needs. We understand how crucial your donors are to fundraising endeavors and we in turn aim to offer them an unparalleled vacation. Many of our guests have never been to Italy or Bali and these trips are often life-long dreams. We want guests to be able to engage with the local community as much as possible for an authentic and meaningful experience.

Our white-glove concierge service includes support in all aspects of planning our guests’ trips (excluding plane reservations). Following a fundraising event, donors who have purchased a package with us will receive an electronic welcome packet with information to help them start planning their adventure. We work with each guest in planning the details of their trip, including transportation to and from different locations via train, rental car, or taxi. Once our guests arrive at their destination, they receive ground support from our local representatives who can arrange transportation, tours, cooking classes, winery visits, and cultural excursions!

It is our priority that your donors feel at home in their accommodations. We work hand-in-hand with owners of the individual homes we represent to curate both the properties and the guest experience, ensuring that the homes meet the highest standards for amenities, cleanliness, and comfort.
